Verity is the proud owner of Chrysalis Talent Development which was borne from her infectious passion for the world of talent management.
Verity's background is in corporate HR, having been in the field for over 25 years. She is an influential senior leader with trusted expertise in talent management, learning and development, performance management, and talent acquisition gained across multiple sectors.
Verity is passionate about creating a culture of learning and growth within businesses, empowering people to achieve their potential.
Her career began in generalist HR roles, covering the full gamut of people-related matters, before she discovered her niche in talent and development roles, focusing on progressing the skills and behaviours of individuals and teams to achieve personal and business performance.
Verity has worked in HR roles across a variety of sectors, namely for Tesco, Nissan, TUI, Camelot, BRE (Building Research Establishment), Lundbeck, and the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology).
Verity is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, holds a Postgraduate diploma in HR Management, and a number of psychometric accreditations including MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®), Strong Interest Inventory®, FIRO-B®, and TKI.
