The Leadership Collective is a group-based development experience exclusively for current or former participants of Leadership Unlocked. It’s designed to extend your learning, deepen your leadership practice, and connect you with others who share your commitment to growth.

This is a space to discuss theory, keep momentum, embed new habits, and elevate your leadership with the support of a like-minded peer group.

• 16 x live 75-minute sessions* (delivered bi-weekly over 8 months)

• A deep dive into key leadership behaviours from the Empowered Leadership Framework

• Peer discussion, group coaching, and practical strategies you can apply immediately

• Reflection prompts and between-session tools to support habit formation
