Career Compass is a 3-session coaching programme designed for young adults aged 18-25 looking to take the first step on their career journey, but are unsure where or how to start.

 

We provide expert guidance to help you navigate the transition from education to a fulfilling career, providing clarity on your strengths and interests supported by the Strong® Profile and Interpretive Report, exploration of career options in a neutral environment, development of confidence in decision-making, and creation of a concrete action plan for your future. This programme also benefits from CV and LinkedIn profile creation or development, as required.
